Meddi is on TV

Uhhh... hmmm... how to explain.
Meddi is .. Medvedev. x) A nickname me and ~SveraDarkLioness gave to him. x) Just because over the past few days I've been like "OMG! Meddi this..." or "OMG! Meddi did that..." etc xD I've been listening to his speeches on the Kremlin's website. x) Ya know, I'm just the average American teen .. who just happens to watch Russia's Prime Minister speak, even when they have no idea what he is saying. It's so NORMAL. B) So, anyways, I thought this might be appropriate for the 'occasion' . x) I just like his Russian. He sounds cool when he speaks it. xD Other than that, I have no other reason to talk about him. xD

Practiced some shading styles... ehhh... not the best. But I'm learning. x)
